Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your water bottle, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Below are the details of our policy, including eligibility, process, and timelines.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the damage occurred during shipping. Customized or personalized items are also not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Timeline: You must initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. If you initiate a return after 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer a partial refund. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: 1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. 2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags. 3. Attach the return label (provided by our customer service team) to the package. 4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, please indicate this when requesting your RA number. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new item to you free of charge (domestic orders only; international exchanges may incur additional shipping costs). If the new item is more expensive than the original, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If it is less expensive, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
